This Policy describes how Red Activa México (“RAM”) processes personal information of Users, Visitors and Clients (Businesses/Places/Pages) that interact with www.redactivamexico.net and integrated or linked ecosystem functionalities. By using RAM, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site and its services.

3. How RAM operates (context)

RAM operates a multi-themed social media ecosystem. Each network or section may have moderation (authorized personnel). As a general rule, the creation, listing, and updating of Business/Place/Page content is carried out by authorized RAM personnel based on information provided by the Client, unless formally delegated.

4. Personal data we collect

4.1 Visitors

  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser, language.

  • Browsing data: pages visited, date/time, traffic source, basic events.

  • Cookies/similar technologies for operation, preferences and security.

4.2 Registered Users

  • Account: name/alias, email, credentials (securely stored password), settings.

  • Profile (optional): photo, biography, preferences.

  • Interactions: searches, views, saves, reviews/comments, reports, messages when applicable.

  • Generated content: posts, images, audio/video, comments, reactions (depending on functions).

4.3 Clients (Businesses/Places/Pages)

  • Establishment details: name, category, description, location, hours, photos and branding materials.

  • Public contact: telephone, email, links (if the Client authorizes publication).

  • Administrative data: contracting, billing and support (not public).

4.4 Geolocation
We can process approximate or precise location only if the User authorizes it. This is used for nearby results (for example, in RAM Maps or local searches).

4.5 Ecosystem module data
Depending on the module, additional data may be processed:

  • RAM Maps: location (with consent), place searches, queries.

  • RAM Music / IPTV: technical playback and usage data for experience/security.

  • RAM Plaza / Store: order data, delivery, billing and support (there may be a supplementary module policy).

  • Skyverse (Travel): data required for memberships and reservations, subject to program and third-party policies.

Note: RAM does not intentionally request sensitive data. If a user voluntarily publishes such data, they assume responsibility.

5. Purposes of the processing

  • Service operation: registration, authentication, account management and modules.

  • Editorial management: creation/organization/publication of Businesses/Places/Pages.

  • Experience and relevance: personalization, suggestions, and order of results.

  • Security: preventing fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorized access.

  • Legal compliance: applicable authority requirements and obligations.
